Export orders to CSV

Download your orders as a CSV file for reporting or offline use.

1

Open the Orders page

Click "Orders" in the sidebar. The Export CSV button appears in the toolbar next to the filters. This feature is available on the Pro plan and during the free trial.

2

Apply filters (optional)

Use the status, market, date range, or search filters to narrow down which orders to export. The CSV will only include orders matching your current filters. Leave all filters clear to export all orders.

3

Click Export CSV

Click the "Export CSV" button. The file downloads automatically with the name orders-YYYY-MM-DD.csv. The CSV includes: order number, date, status, customer name, phone, email, city, country, address, items, subtotal, delivery fee, discount, total, currency, payment method, and note. Sensitive data like IP addresses is excluded for privacy. The export supports up to 10,000 orders and is limited to 5 exports per hour.
