Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Leadivo ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Leadivo platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, setting up a store, or placing an order. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. Your city and country are also used to calculate applicable delivery fees based on the store's shipping zones. For store owners, we also collect payment and subscription details processed through our billing provider. We automatically collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We also collect approximate geolocation data (country) through IP-based detection to determine your regional market and display appropriate pricing and currency. When a customer abandons a checkout, we retain the cart contents and contact information to enable recovery notifications if the store owner has enabled this feature.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide and maintain our service, process orders and transactions, communicate with you about your account or orders, detect your geographic region to display market-specific pricing and currency, calculate delivery fees based on your city and country, send abandoned cart recovery notifications via WhatsApp when enabled by the store owner, track order statuses (pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered, returned, canceled) for fulfillment analytics and COD performance monitoring, improve our platform and user experience, and comply with legal obligations.

Information Sharing & Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with store owners to fulfill your orders. Store owners may enable third-party integrations that transmit order and customer data to external services, including: WhatsApp for order notifications and abandoned cart reminders; Meta Conversions API for Facebook ad conversion tracking; TikTok Events API for TikTok ad conversion tracking; and Google Sheets for order data syncing. When data is sent to Meta or TikTok, personal identifiers such as name, phone number, and location are hashed using SHA-256 before transmission. We also share data with law enforcement when required by law.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. We use a market preference cookie to remember your selected regional market and currency across visits. Store owners may enable client-side tracking pixels on their storefronts, including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and TikTok Pixel. These pixels may track page views, product views, add-to-cart events, and checkout initiation on the storefront. Purchase events are tracked server-side only through the Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security policies on our database, and SHA-256 hashing of personally identifiable information before transmission to third-party ad platforms. Integration credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are not accessible via public APIs. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict its processing. Store owners can manage and disable any third-party integrations from their dashboard settings at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
