Verify customer phone numbers with Flash Call or SMS OTP to prevent fake COD orders.

Open the Design Builder
Go to your Dashboard and open the Design Builder. Navigate to the Preferences tab.

Enable Flash Call or SMS OTP
Toggle on Flash Call verification, SMS OTP verification, or both. Flash Call sends a missed call — the customer enters the last 4 digits. SMS OTP sends a text message with a 4-digit code.

Save and test
Save your design settings and place a test order. When the customer clicks Place Order, a verification sheet will appear asking them to enter the code before the order is submitted.

What is Flash Call verification?
Flash Call sends a brief missed call to the customer's phone. The customer enters the last 4 digits of the calling number to verify their phone. It's faster than SMS and works without cellular credit.
Can I use both Flash Call and SMS OTP together?
Yes. When both are enabled, Flash Call is tried first. If it fails, the system automatically falls back to SMS OTP. Customers can also manually switch to SMS from the verification screen.
