Welcome to Leadivo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before getting started.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription & Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial ends, an active subscription at $19/month is required to keep your store and dashboard accessible. Your products, settings, and data are always safely retained — simply subscribe to restore full access at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Store Owners

As a store owner, you are responsible for the products you list, their descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment. You manage order statuses through a defined lifecycle (pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered, returned, or canceled) and may use bulk actions to update multiple orders at once. You may configure regional markets with different currencies and pricing adjustments for your products. You may also configure shipping zones with delivery fees per country and optional city-level overrides; you are responsible for setting accurate delivery rates for the regions you serve. You are responsible for ensuring that your market-specific pricing complies with applicable consumer protection and pricing transparency laws in each region. When abandoned cart recovery is enabled, Leadivo automatically sends recovery notifications to customers who start checkout but do not complete their order; you are responsible for ensuring this complies with applicable messaging and consent laws in your region. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of your products, including consumer protection and tax regulations. You are also responsible for any third-party integrations you enable (WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok, Google Sheets) and for ensuring your use of those services complies with their respective terms.

Customer Data Management

Leadivo automatically creates customer profiles from orders to help you manage your business effectively. As a store owner, you can add tags and notes to customer profiles. You are responsible for managing this customer data in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws in your region. Customer data you manage (tags, notes, and contact information) should be used solely for legitimate business purposes related to your store operations.

Buyers

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery information. Product prices may vary depending on your detected or selected regional market and may be displayed in different currencies. Delivery fees may apply based on the store's shipping zones and your city; these fees are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Prices shown are final for the selected market; switching markets may result in different pricing and will clear your cart. Orders are placed directly with the store owner, and Leadivo acts as a platform facilitating the transaction. Leadivo does not handle payments between buyers and store owners; all orders use cash on delivery (COD). Some stores may require phone verification at checkout. When enabled, you will receive a one-time SMS code to confirm your phone number before placing an order. This helps ensure accurate contact information and a smooth delivery experience.

Third-Party Integrations

Store owners may connect third-party services including WhatsApp Business (for order and abandoned cart notifications), Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API (for ad conversion tracking), and Google Sheets (for order data syncing). By enabling an integration, you authorize Leadivo to transmit relevant order and customer data to that service. You are responsible for complying with the terms and data policies of each third-party service you enable. Leadivo is not responsible for how third-party services process the data once transmitted.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (product images, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

Product Reviews

Customers can submit reviews on products they have purchased to share their experience and help other buyers make informed decisions. By submitting a review, you grant the store owner a license to display your review, including any uploaded photos, on their storefront. Store owners moderate reviews to ensure quality and relevance — they may approve, decline, or remove reviews at their discretion. Reviews should be honest, helpful, and based on a genuine purchase experience. Review content must respect the rights of others and should not contain spam, promotional material, defamatory statements, or content that violates any third-party rights. Leadivo reserves the right to remove any review content that does not meet these guidelines.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to sell illegal products, engage in fraud or deception, distribute malware, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with other users' access to the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your store and its data may be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

Leadivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. We continuously work to ensure platform reliability and uptime.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
