How it works
Install COD Network
Go to Integrations and install the COD Network app. Paste your API token from the COD Network seller dashboard.
Choose Your Mode
Select Lead mode to confirm orders by phone first, or Order mode to ship immediately. That is all — orders push automatically from here.
Orders Flow Automatically
Every new order is pushed to COD Network instantly. Status updates sync back as orders are confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
Import Your COD Network Products (Optional)
Already have products in COD Network? From the COD Network settings page, click Import Products. Leadivo fetches your full catalog, you select which products to bring over, and they are added to your store with name, SKU, price, and stock. Products with matching SKUs are skipped automatically to avoid duplicates.
Common questions
What is the difference between Lead mode and Order mode?
In Lead mode, orders are sent to COD Network's call center queue for phone confirmation before shipping — ideal for reducing failed deliveries. In Order mode, orders are pushed directly to shipping without a confirmation call, best for pre-verified or trusted customers.
Does Leadivo automatically update order status when COD Network delivers?
Yes, always. COD Network sends delivery updates to Leadivo via webhook automatically. Your order status updates to Shipped, Delivered, Returned, or Canceled in real time — no configuration needed.
Can I import my existing COD Network products into Leadivo?
Yes. From the COD Network integration settings, click Import Products. Leadivo fetches your full product catalog from COD Network, lets you select which products to import, and adds them with their name, SKU, price, and stock. Products with existing SKUs are skipped to avoid duplicates.
